This is the audio from the Shmup panel discussed in Episode 12, hosted by Justin Parker and Keith Perry, recorded live on September 20th, 2013 at RamenCon in Merrillville, Indiana. There’s no intro or anything, this is just the raw audio.
For this episode, we sat down with Justin Parker, aficionado of Shoot ’em Up games or “Shmups”. Justin knows a lot about Shmups and he’ll be hosting a panel this weekend on Shmups at RamenCon, a local anime convention. We talk about his history with Shmups and the history of the genre in general, plus we seemed to have tried to set a show record for how many times we can say the C word in a single episode. No really, it’s in there a lot, but we hope it’s not too offensive. Sammy got in on it, too, so hopefully the female imprimatur helps to take some of the sting out of it.
We’d love to know what you think of the shows of Everyone’s Got a Thing, so please let us know!
If you like 2 Guys, a Girl, and a Goblin and want to do some fan art of our intrepid heroes (or Splug), we’d love to see it, and we’ll post it on the site.

In this week’s episode, I sat back down with Sammy Kammy to do an update on anime, animation, and ACEN, plus some cosplay drama. We originally talked to Sammy in episode 2, and I was a real douche in that episode. Luckily, I convinced her to talk again and I think I did a much better job of not being suck a dick. Sammy went to ACEN, Anime CENtral this year, and we talk about that, boy love in hentai / anime, and do a dramatic reading of this incident involving a cosplay creeper (Warning: We repeat this guy’s terrible language. I felt pretty dirty afterwards).

In this week’s episode, we continue our conversation with Aaron’s lady friend, Theresa Slabosz, to talk about all things Disney. Theresa LOVES Disney stuff, and spent 6 months as an intern at the Florida parks. We talk about movies, the parks, the TV shows, and yes, a certain frozen head.

In this week’s episode, we conclude the conversation I had with Vicki Nugent where we talk about all things Japanese. Vicki studied Japanese culture and language in college and spent several years living and working in Japan. I had a great time talking to Vicki, and she had a lot of interesting stories about her time in Japan. A great episode!
